Kick Drum - 99 Sounds‍

Kick Drum is a free collection of electronic kick drum samples crafted by 8-bit Logic, featuring 120 key-labeled bass drum samples in total. Apart from the 120 drum samples in WAV format, the download also includes SFZ and NKI patches for each kick sample. Kick drum contains 120 analog-style kick drum samples. The samples are available as WAV files and Kontakt patches. The provided patches are already mapped across the keyboard, making it easy to match the selected kick drum to the key of your project. Simply choose the kick patch, play the desired MIDI note in the piano roll and you’re done. This makes 99Sounds Kick Drum an absolutely perfect addition to our popular 99 Drum Samples collection.

The Ultimate Amen Breaks Pack by Rhythm Lab

Jazz Funk Drum Sample Library by Orange Tree

Long ago, spurred by the lack of high-quality jazz drum samples, we recorded a jazz/funk drumset. It's a relatively small kit--a kick, snare, two toms, and two cymbals--just like something a jazz drummer would play at a gig or low-key recording session.

Skilled jazz drummers can make a single drum or cymbal sound very expressive, evoking a lot of character and personality with each hit. That was our exact approach when sampling this drumset, concentrating on fewer but higher quality kit pieces. The drum library features unique and rare drums, and cymbals and has an excellent tone suitable for jazz and funk.

Currently this free download is available in Kontakt and SFZ format. However, all the WAV samples are included in the download, and are clearly labeled, making a conversion fairly straight-forward.

Massa Molla by 99 Sounds

The library contains 99 audio samples in total (makes sense, right?) sorted into four different categories: bass riffs, melodic atmospheres, rhythmic loops, and one-shot samples. The one-shots folder includes a selection of percussive hits and sound effects that were created by recording real-world objects such as doors, cans, and various pieces of furniture. These sounds were then digitally processed and transformed into their final shape.

The rhythmic loops were mostly synthesized and post-processed using a variety of digital effects to create original and yet unheard grooves and evolving sequences. These loops work equally great as standalone rhythmic sequences and layering loops for adding depth and movement to your raw drum tracks.

Last but not least, the included pads and textures sound utterly amazing. Pulsing across the stereo field and vibrating in all sorts of inspiring ways, enriched by wonderful lush reflections and swirling echoes, we’re pretty sure that you’ll be putting these mesmerizing into your productions.

Drum Brute by Drum Depot

Brute Drums brings you the undisputed and raw sound of Arturia’s DrumBrute with eight kits in three variations each: Fat, Medium and Soft.

The Soft versions host the original sound with only a few mixing corrections, as the hardware drummie sounds very harsh. Medium kits got some love from Marco’s TLA outboard compressor, while the Fat ones went through his whole arsenal of dynamics and soundgoodizers. Enjoy!
