Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
Once you book a lesson or course with us you will be e-mailed a booking confirmation and asked to pay in advance.
You then have a seven day cooling off period to change your mind and obtain a refund as long as you contact us 48 hours before the commencement of your lessons. If you fail to attend your lessons for any reason you will lose those lessons you’ve paid for. If you wish to reschedule a lesson for any reason you need to give us 48 hours notice or you will be charged in full for that lesson.
You will need to give us notice by e-mail and please e-mail email@example.com and not your tutors personal e-mail address or Facebook. If you are late for your lesson you will lose that time which you have paid for.
Booking your sessions
Sessions are booked on a first come first served basis so if you need a specific time slot please make sure you book in advance. If you choose to reschedule your lessons you may have to wait for a replacement slot to become available.
We do not guarantee you will get the same tutor for every single one of your lessons. In the case of your tutor being unavailable we will either reschedule your lesson or book you with another tutor at our discretion.
Once you have purchased an DJ Gym Gift Certificate you have a seven day cooling off period in which you can change your mind and receive a full refund minus £10 for the cost of the voucher and postage. Vouchers are valid for six months and exchangeable for any type of DJ or Music Production lesson. Standard postage takes two to four working days, email firstname.lastname@example.org for next day delivery or e-vouchers.
We reserve the right to refuse tuition to abusive students. We have a no tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff or clients and you will be asked to leave by security.
