Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
You then have a seven day cooling off period to change your mind and obtain a refund as long as you contact us by email 48 hours before the commencement of your lessons. There is a £20 admin fee for refunds (per course). Partial refunds are not given so if your lessons have started no refund is not possible. If you fail to attend your lessons for any reason including illness, missed flights or transport issues, you will lose the lessons you’ve paid for and didn't attend. If you wish to reschedule a lesson for any reason you need to give us 48 hours notice or you will be charged in full for that lesson. You can also reschedule your own lessons up to 48 hours before they take place by clicking 'reschedule' in your booking confirmation email. You will need to do that for all the sessions you have booked individually. Do not contact us about bookings by any other method than email, we cannot help over messenger or via tutors personal profiles. All official communication will take place via email.
Corona Virus Update: Our policy still stands, if you feel the need please postpone your lessons, you must do this 48 hours before they commence as written above. If you fail to attend a session for any reason including illness, quarantine, self-isolation or travel issues you will lose that session.
Booking your sessions
Sessions are booked on a first come first served basis so if you need a specific time slot please make sure you book in advance. If you choose to reschedule your lessons you may have to wait for a replacement slot to become available.
We do not guarantee you will get the same tutor for every single one of your lessons. In the case of your tutor being unavailable we will either reschedule your lesson or book you with another tutor at our discretion.
Once you have purchased an DJ Gym Gift Certificate you have a seven day cooling off period in which you can change your mind and receive a full refund minus a £20 admin fee.
We reserve the right to refuse tuition to abusive students. We have a no tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff or clients and you will be asked to leave by security.
